What was just recently done?
Tanner met with the head of planning and development of Pickens County and got the green light that our permits were set and we are READY to go!
Met with a trail building company on site to get a quote for building some amazing hiking trails
Been in talks with Amicalola power— just waiting on them for a date for them to come and put the temp pole for our power lines
Our initial deal structure has been finalized, it’s currently with our attorneys as they get all the backend work done, and we will start reaching out to investors next week. We have a few meetings already on the books for this upcoming week
Finalized our contract with our GC…. Which lead us to….
What is coming up this week?
…. THE EQUIPMENT HAS SHOWN UP! Y’all we have a START date! We need to give a HUGE shout out to our GC who pulled some strings and a rarity in the real estate development world happened; our timeline got moved UP to ✨SEPTEMBER 3RD✨!!
Speaking of our GC— we are proud and excited to announce that we will be partnering with Balch Build. As a general contracting firm with amazing skill sets and commitment to high quality work, we are so grateful to be able to partner with them. We’ll rave about and highlight them more over as time moves on!
The site crew has already started staging equipment on property. AHHHH!!!!! It is honestly both surreal and amazing to actually see the starting line in sight.
We will be having a ground breaking ceremony on September 3rd with some limited spots for our VIP's.
