We’ve had a busy month with a new word:
Value Engineering.
Without wanting to point fingers (because no one likes a finger-pointer AND it doesn’t actually solve anything), there were some dropped balls and crossed wires in regards to costs and asks. But thankfully we’ve been making some major strides to get back on task.
We anticipate about another 3 weeks waiting for structural and MEP to update the revisions we asked for. After that we can resubmit to the county for building permit revisions + commercial code review.
On a fun note, we were able to start clearing dozens of fallen trees and debris at the bottom of the waterfall that had been clogging the flow.
It's been inspiring to see even more natural beauty emerge and we can't wait for y'all to see it.
