Reservations & Payments

• Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Rates, fees, and taxes are shown at the time of booking and may change until a reservation is confirmed.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge the amounts presented at checkout.
• Cancellations, changes, and transfers are governed by our Cancellation & Transfer Policy.

SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms

You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts—for example, when you make a reservation, join our waitlist, or ask us to text you. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text (SMS) messages from Cypress Resort at that number. These may include reservation confirmations, pre-arrival and stay-related updates, and—where you have agreed—occasional news and offers. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

• Message frequency varies based on your reservation activity and the programs you opt into.
• Message and data rates may apply. Any such charges come from your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.
• To opt out, reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
• For help, reply HELP or email guestservices@cypressresort.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier and device.

We handle mobile information as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Guest Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to use our website and services lawfully, and to follow the property rules, check-in and check-out procedures, and reasonable instructions of our team during your stay. You are responsible for the conduct of everyone in your party.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and the Cypress Resort name and marks—is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our prior written permission.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Cypress Resort will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
